Location: Hwy. 3, west of Wheatley
Tower was bought in 1935 for $100.00.
Water from the well (x) was pumped to the water tower and from there supplied water to the handpump shown at the left, and to a small greenhouse approx. 6 x 9 m.

Area information
Wheatley sits on the shore of Lake Erie. Birdwatchers descend upon the town in spring and autumn to observe the seasonal waterfowl migrations. Nature enthusiasts of all kinds make the most of Wheatley’s close proximity to Two Creeks Conservation Area, Wheatley Provincial Park, and Point Pelee National Park.
