Location: It has been moved from its original location to private property adjacent to Coldwater Road.

The water tower is the last surviving water tower on the Kettle valley Railroad (KVR. The first train ran on the railway in 1915; the last one in 1989. The tower has a very unique feature. It has two spouts on it because at this location two railroads actually met. The KVR from Merritt was serviced one side of the tower and the Vancouver, Victory & Eastern Railway (VV&E) on the other side The old railbed is now part of the Trans Canada Trail

You may have heard of the loss of the historic The Kettle Valley Railway tressle through scenic Myra Canyon caused by the Okanagan Mountain Fire in Kelowna, BC. 12 Of the wooden tressles have been destroyed and the two steel bridges seriously damaged
