Area Information (10-06)
Petty Harbour is one of the oldest fishing villages in North America! First settled in the 1600s. It has been used as a location for the filming of several Hollywood movies. The village is a 15 minutes drive from the metro City of St. John's and is pretty much a suburb now that it borders the ever-expanding city.
